I Say, Girl About Town Turns One

It may only be April, but Adelaide PR company, Girl About Town Co., have already set the 2015 party bar high. Held in Adelaide’s renowned Rymill Park last Thursday night, guests congregated under a beautifully decorated marquee, abundant with fairy lights, in celebration of GAT's first birthday.

Let's just begin by saying that these girls sure know how to throw a party, but let’s be honest, it really does come at no surprise. The theme for the night was The Great GATsby (get it?), and guests were advised to 'dress to impress' the glamourous Miss Gatsby, aka girl boss, Maree Stoubos, and it’s safe to say they did just that. Ranging from gorgeous, floor length gowns, to short, sparkly dresses, everyone put their own spin on the theme, accessorising with headpieces, pearls and feathers. Not to mention the boys looking incredibly dapper in their suits and bow ties.

Guests were treated to a divine selection of beverages, and tasty finger foods ranging from sushi to burgers. Entertainment was incredible, including a live burlesque routine, a ‘Scotch and Cigar Bar’, instant print photos and of course a killer playlist. By the end of the night, the wine was well and truly flowing and the dance floor was certainly going. An incredible night, to say the very least.

A massive thank you to Girl About Town Co., not only for an amazing night, but all their hard work and support throughout the year.
